Rush (2013)

How far are you willing to go to be the best? In September 2013, we watched two men push it to the limit at break neck speeds.

Directing this 123 minute action/biography/drama/sport is Ron Howard.

Some of the fast paced cast is: Chris Hemsworth as James Hunt, Daniel Bruhl as Niki Lauda, Olivia Wilde as Suzy Miller, Alexandra Maria Lara as Marlene Launda, Pierfrancesco Favino as Clay Regazzoni, David Calder as Louis Stanley, and Hans-Eckart Eckhardt as Lauda’s Grandfather. With an apearence by Niki Lauda as himself.

Back in the 1970’s, a rivalry pushed two men to do the best they could. Hunt and Lauda were Formula 1 racers that led very different lives. We’ll see parts of their lives on and off the track, as both men find love and collect victories. All the way up to their final race where both men put everything on the line in a race for the world championship.

I’m not a big race fan but this flick was still cool to watch. The life those two men lead was interesting, and what they were willing to do be the champ at those speeds is pretty mind blowing when you think about it. The story and playthrough was really good, with a cast that did a great job.

Summary : If you're looking for a flick with some thrills then give this one a go.

It's rated R for nudity, violence, language and drug use.
